“The Harmful Effects of Smoking”

There are people all over the world that have an addiction to smoking. What many of they don’t realize is just how serious of a matter smoking is.
Below are lists of the harmful effects smoking can have on you and your body.
1.    Tobacco smoke contributes to a number of cancers.
2.    The mixture of nicotine and carbon monoxide in each cigarette temporarily increases your heart rate and blood pressure, straining your heart and blood vessels.
3.    Slows the blood flow and cuts off oxygen
4.    Can cause heart attacks and strokes
5.    Can develop Emphysema, a disease that slows and rots your lungs
6.    Smoking causes fat deposits to narrow and block blood vessels
7.    Over time, your airways swell up and let less air into your lungs. 
These are just some of the many harmful effects of smoking. If you want to avoid any of these problems then avoid smoking, and if you already smoke Stop Now!
