What Joseph smith is trying to make people
comprehend is that they should do what is right. It could be anything and
everything from recycling to making a community meeting to discuss problems and
ways to improve them. Crime is never a good thing; we must strive for
improvement, compassion, and righteousness while eliminating the influence of
that which is sinful and wrong.
