Reflection.
There is only so much that someone can
accomplish when they try to do everything by themselves. In order to achieve
the maximum results working together is a must. In a discussion to solve a
problem one person might be extremely knowledgeable and might be able to think
up a good solution. However chances are that if other people also take part in
this creation of a solution, then the overall result will be better. This is
because people are different, and it is their different way of thinking that
allows for two people with a different mindset to create the best possible
solution. Learn to work together and your chances of success will increase.
