This quote is trying to tell us that you will never regret doing the right thing. It compares doing the right to an extremely soft pillow. If you do what’s right you will never have to worry about not being able to sleep well because your guilt will start to affect you, hence why a good conscience is compared to a pillow, to show that it will help you sleep without worry.
